These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://scrapiq.in and the products, APIs, and services offered by Scrapiq("we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of our services

You may use our products for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services, except as permitted by law.
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

2. APIs and third-party platforms

Our APIs (such as TikTok Data Pro) are distributed through third-party marketplaces such as RapidAPI. Your use of those APIs is governed by both these Terms and the marketplace's terms. The data accessible via our APIs is sourced from public endpoints of the underlying platforms (e.g. TikTok), and you are responsible for complying with the source platform's terms when using that data.

3. Account and access

Some products may require an account or API key obtained through a third-party marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under them.

4. Intellectual property

The Scrapiq brand, website, and underlying software are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as provided. All other rights are reserved.

5. Payment and refunds

Paid products are billed through the marketplace where they are listed. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the marketplace (e.g. RapidAPI's policies for API subscriptions).

6. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Scrapiq harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
