Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Scrapiq("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://scrapiq.inor use any of our products and services. We're a small team and we keep things straightforward.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any other personally identifying information for the newsletter.
Automatically collected. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to count page views and understand which pages are popular. This does not collect personal information, cross-site identifiers, or device fingerprints.
Logs. Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily log IP addresses and request headers for security and abuse prevention. These logs are rotated regularly.
2. How we use your information
- To send you newsletter updates about new products and releases.
- To improve our products by understanding aggregate usage patterns.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. our hosting provider, email delivery service), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
4. Data retention
We retain your subscription email until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained for as long as it remains useful in aggregate.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@scrapiq.in.
6. Unsubscribing
Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email support@scrapiq.in to be removed from the list.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Third-party APIs and links
Some of our products (e.g. TikTok Data Pro) provide programmatic access to publicly available third-party data. Use of those products is governed by the platform's API terms (e.g. RapidAPI) and the underlying source platform's terms. We do not store private third-party user data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
